End of week 10 and my coach sent me my progression picture -

Looking at picture week to week, its hard to notice differences. Check back further and you will see the dramatic changes!!!

My Glutes have improved significantly. I've lost an inch on my waist and my hip measurement has actually stayed the same!! So that means fat loss and muscle gain :) THUMBS UP.

Still got 9 weeks to go until I step on stage.

Stepping up the cardio now.

Before I was only doing one session of HIIT a week.

Now I will be on 2 a week and one LISS 30min session - Along with my 5 weighted gym sessions. :)

Lets see what the next 9 weeks brings!!!!
