So I've only been on the plan from my coach for one day....however I have been eating really well and training my ass off in the gym since last Sunday.
I have dropped 4lbs since last Sunday - which isn't surprising, after the monster cheat meal I had Saturday night, then weighed myself Sunday...!! #waytodepressyourself
So I set up my camera in my hallway (praying that my housemate in the room next to me didn't decide that was the moment to get up) and got posing & taking my 1st Check in video for my coach.
