Double trouble training 💪🏼🍑


So because I felt that I missed out yesterday - even though I didn't as it was "rest day"- I did a double session today.

Date: 

Wednesday 2nd July

Time:

9am, 11:30am and 4:30pm

Location:

Lomax Cocoon (work) & Pure Gym Wandsworth Rd

Trained:

45min bike cardio (9am)

Trained Back at Lomax Cocoon (11:30am)

Trained Legs/Glutes at Pure Gym (4:30pm)

Feeling:

I was tired this morning - due to an early shift and it being the first day back to work after a holiday. 

But as soon as I got my training started - I felt great.

Nutrition is back on full top form and excited to see what the next 22 days can bring.!! SHREDZ
