30min Fasted Cardio this morning on a spin bike
Stood up out of the seat, with quite high resistance to emulate a stepper (as no stepper available) Approx ❤️150bpm
Driven, Determined, Hungry (mentally & physically!)
I've noticed I am quite often hungry at the moment - not because I am restricting my kcal dramatically (as you should see the amount of greens on my plate along with my 110g of meat/fish x5 a day!) but it's because my body is burning & metabolising food at a higher rate than usual....#byebyebodyfat 💪🏼
I trained with Alex Davies & filmed a few exercises for a fitness/motivational workout montage....💪🏼
My Workout included:
= Ouchie bum.! 🍑👌🏼🌟
Followed by my own Yoga/Stretching session to lengthen out my muscles & a bit of foam rollering on my calf muscles & hamstrings.
Rest Day tomorrow, so my goal of today was to kill my workout and hopefully feel sore tomorrow....
Anyone else love that feeling!? #DOMS
