Up at 1:30am (after 2hrs sleep) to get picked up for Gatwick Airport at 2:45, for a flight at 5:45am EARLY.!!!! 😴😴😴
Currently, I am sat at the back of the aircraft, between my two beautiful friends (who are both passed out!) writing my blog... :)
So I figured that I possibly wouldn't be able to find some clean egg whites to eat the terminal, so I had some prepped turkey left over from yesterday, which I munched on whilst boarding & then during the inflight food service, I ordered a MOMA plain porridge and had a handy sachet of protein (SCITEC NUTRITION) left over from my BodyPower sample stash.

Feeling tired from lack of sleep, but body is feeling good. However, my ass is so so sore...still.!!
Turkey - 100g
MOMA Plain Porridge: 246kcal, c44.3g, f2.5g, p14.5g
1/2 sachet of whey protein - 56kcal, p11g
Looking forward to some RNR time this weekend, whilst getting in some extra evening Cardio burning Kcal on the dance floor.!!!! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
