Squat Press x 15
Snatch Press & Lunge x 10 (each leg)
Bent Over Rows x 20
Single Leg DB Deadlift x 10 (each leg)
Side Lunges x 10 (each leg)
DB Row x 15 (each arm)
Curtsy Lunge & Press x 10 (each leg)
Frontal Raises (1 & 1/2) x 10
Upright Row x 15
Plate Raises - (split up DB) x 10
Shoulder Presses x 15
Bent over Row & Reverse Fly x 20
Squat Jumps x 10
Plank - Twists & Leg Raises (1min!)
One day, I found that I only had one hour to get a workout in!!!

10 x Clean, Squat, Press (x 10)
20 x Kettlebell Swings & Jump Rope Revolutions (30seconds) (x 10)
30 Weighted Skaters & 40 Rope Pull Downs (x 5)
30 seconds Row & 45second plank (x5)
