Not necessarily! programmes are tailored to your access - whether that's a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just bodyweight.

What makes your coaching different from others?

It's personalised to each individual and I focus on sustainable habits - not quick fixes. I'll support you with both fitness and nutrition strategies tailored to your lifestyle.

Is it suitable for beginners?

100%. Whether you're brand new to fitness or returning after a little break, I will tailor your programme to meet you where you're at.

Do you offer custom workouts and nutrition plans?

Yes - every client receives a plan based on their goals, schedule, equipment and preferences.

Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?

Nope! We'll focus on flexible, realistic nutrition that fits your life and ensures you can still enjoy some of your favourite meals and foods. No crash diets or strict restrictions.

Do you work with specific dietary needs (Vegan, gluten-free, etc.)?

Absolutely. Plans are fully adaptable to your dietary preferences or restrictions.

How many days a week do I have to train?

That's really up to you? Programmes are built around your schedule - whether you have 2 or 5 days to commit to a workout.

How do I access my workouts?

Workouts are delivered via the app, with video demos, reps and tracking included.

How do we communicate during the programme?

You'll have direct access to me via the in-app messaging, email or check-ins (frequency depends on your plan).

Will I get regular check-ins?

Yes, weekly or bi-weekly check-ins are included to track progress (frequently depends on your plan), adjust your plan and keep you accountable.

What's the cost of coaching?
